Inpatient Services

Dietitians are on staff to provide nutritional assessment, treatment and education for EvergreenHealth Monroe inpatients. Nutrition education for a patient's needs following discharge is available for patients, caregivers and family members. Individual Nutrition Counseling Registered Dietitians are available to provide individual nutrition counseling in a private setting at The Wellness Group for prescribed diets and for general nutrition information.

Make a Nutrition Counseling Appointment

You will need to get a referral for individual nutrition counseling from your primary care physician and/or medical specialist (MD, DO, ARNP, PA-C). With a referral and appropriate diagnosis, counseling sessions may be covered by insurance; please contact your insurance provider if you have questions about coverage.

Call (203) 951-1858 to make an appointment. Appointments are available by apointment only Your initial visit will last approximately one hour. Follow-up visits are 15 - 30 minutes.
