Rae Reardon

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Rae is a licensed clinical social worker with bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Central Connecticut State University and the University of Connecticut. Her approach to counseling is to create a safe space for people to discuss their challenges and move toward a brighter future. She practices from the perspective of recognizing each person's individual strengths and unique gifts as she assists clients with processing feelings and recognizing thought patterns which may be hindering their ability to live their best life. As a trauma-informed therapist, her approach is non-judgmental and collaborative, and she utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to support the process of positive change. She has over ten years of experience helping individuals to move forward by providing compassion, understanding and assisting people to implement their natural giftings in order to achieve their goals. She is also certified in both The Circle of Security and Triple P parenting interventions which address both attachment and bonding and discipline.
