Marathon Couples Therapy offers an accelerated way to kicking off couples therapy.

 

Our therapists utilize the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and compact it into two days versus weekly sessions. All couples engaging in Marathon Couples Therapy benefit from a thorough evaluation of their relationship. This comprehensive assessment identifies key areas where you can experience significant growth, guiding you toward a place of renewed strength, reconnection, and optimism.

Day 1: Assessment 5 to 7 Hours
  • Couple Interview (90 minutes)
  • Individual Interview 1 (60-90 minutes)
  • Individual Interview 2 (60-90 minutes)
  • BREAK
  • Feedback Session (60-90 minutes)
Day 2: Skills & Interventions 6 Hours

How Much Does It Cost?

While it is not covered by insurance, you can use an HSA to pay for it. Included in the cost is the Gottman Relationship Builder and Questionnaire ($188 value). The Gottman Builder gives you access to videos and exercises you two can continue to practice after the two days end. Each day is roughly six hours long.
